1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and mexwin888 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the mexwin888 platform — whether through the official website or mobile app — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. mexwin888 uses an integrated KYC verification process to confirm the identity of each member. Documents that may be required include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other recognised statutory documents.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mexwin888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
